I’m Here, I’m Queer, My Back Pain is Moderate to Severe

Hey y’all, I’m Haley Aurora, and let’s get one thing straight right off the bat—I’m not. I’m as queer as a three-dollar bill, a rainbow in human form, and as trans as they come. Welcome to YEAUXLEAUX, my little corner of the internet where I document my travels, adventures, and photographic shenanigans through a gloriously queer lens.

I’ve always had the soul of a wanderer. Whether it’s for work, roller derby, or the sheer thrill of seeing somewhere new, I find myself in constant motion. And trust me, if there’s one thing I know how to do, it’s romanticize the hell out of a road trip, an airport terminal, or a city skyline drenched in golden hour light.

This blog is where I get to share the sights, the stories, and the occasional absurdity of my travels. Think: a beautifully composed photo of a mountain range followed immediately by an unhinged anecdote about getting lost on the way there. (Because, let’s be real, Google Maps and I are in a constant battle of wills.)

YEAUXLEAUX isn’t just about places—it’s about the people, the moments, and the experiences that make travel magical. It’s about seeing the world as a queer, trans person and knowing that, yes, adventure is ours to have, too.

So, whether you’re here for the photos, the stories, or just to figure out how the hell to pronounce YEAUXLEAUX (hint: it sounds like “YOLO,” because I contain multitudes), I’m glad you’re along for the ride.
